Terry Tilley has served The Town of Stuart as town manager for over 28 years and has lived here most of his life.

Terry and his wife Jerlene live on Twin Ford Loop with their son Matthew. Terry attended Patrick Henry Community College after graduating from North Surry High School in 1973.

The Stuart Volunteer Fire Department is proud to claim Terry since 1988 and to appoint him to Assistant Chief. Terry recently joined the Patrick County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
