Former Vice Mayor, Ray Weiland, has lived in Stuart since 1999. Ray and his wife Tammy Wilson Weiland have 2 sons, Jared and Matt. 

Ray graduated from Lakeworth High School in Florida in 1979 and then from Virginia Tech with a major in Chemical Engineering.

Ray was elected to the Stuart Council in 2002, where he is valued for his knowledge and sensitivity toward the needs of the people and Town of Stuart.
