Patsy Musick has been the Section 8 Housing Rental Assistance Administrative Agent for Step Inc. since November 2000. Patsy works with low-income clients in Patrick County to provide housing rental assistance. 

She is a transplant to Stuart Virginia from the coalfields of Southwest Virginia where she was born and raised. In Patsy’s words, “I found the people of Patrick County to be warm and generous.”

In May 2000 she received her Associates degree from Patrick Henry Community College.  Before attending PHCC, Patsy worked at Bassett Walker sewing factory for 10 years.

Patsy has been married to Raymond Musick for 41 years; together they have two children Kenneth Musick and Dorinda Musick Moore, and four grandchildren.
